I'm Yaz, the Founder of Wilderness Fit. I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and BASI certified Ski Coach.  I coach skiing in the winter and run Wilderness Fit in the Scottish Highlands in the summer.

Wilderness Fit retreats are designed to empower women in the Outdoors.

Movement is my passion and fresh air is the best medicine there is so I use our natural environment and landscape to inspire workouts and have a good time. These fitness retreats are about changing your mindset, working as a team and being creative outdoors. They are not about weight loss or delivered in a boot camp style. I cater to all fitness levels and there is the option to add yoga, fermentation workshops, massage, cycling and foraging into a weekend retreat.
